Annulation effectuée dans la semaine précédant l'heure de début prévue : Dans de tels cas, un remboursement intégral sera émis sur votre compte sous forme d'un crédit studio pouvant être utilisé pour des réservations futures.
Annulation effectuée dans les 3 jours ouvrables précédant l'heure de début prévue : Malheureusement, aucun remboursement ne sera effectué. La facture de réservation devra être payée en totalité.
Nous comprenons que des circonstances imprévues peuvent survenir, mais veuillez noter que les annulations de dernière minute ont un impact considérable sur notre activité. En respectant notre politique d'annulation, nous pouvons mieux gérer nos ressources et maintenir un système de réservation équitable pour tous nos clients.

Cancellation requests should be sent via email to info@archetypemtl.com. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellation made within a week of the scheduled start time: In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your account as a studio credit that can be used for future bookings.
Cancellation made within 3 business days of the scheduled start time: Unfortunately, no refund will be provided. The invoice for the booking is to be paid in full at reservation.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but please note that last-minute cancellations greatly impact our business. By adhering to our cancellation policy, we can better manage our resources and maintain a fair booking system for all our clients.

Our minimum booking time slot is 2 hours. Please note that the booking time includes your setup and clean up time. One of our members will review the studio to ensure that the room is left in its original state. Any additional time necessary for clean up is subject to extra fees.

Yes, we have a professional makeup station with a highchair.

Yes, we have continuous lights and grip gear. This equipment must not leave the studio and only be used inside the studio. Any broken or missing equipment that happens during the time of your booking will be your responsibility.

Please discuss your needs with us before booking to ensure we can accommodate the delivery. We may apply a holding fee for storage and we cannot assume any responsibility for loss or damage of your items.

We do not offer a reserved parking for your booking but there is paid parking in the building (cash only) and street parking along Chabanel Street and on Avenue de L'esplanade. In addition, there are also free parking spaces on the adjacent streets.
Archetype Studio Ins. is not responsible for any parking tickets incurred during your studio booking

Renters are responsible for returning the studio to it’s original state. All furniture and props need to be moved back to its original state by the renting party.
Garbage brought into studio room must be cleaned and put into garbage bins inside the studio room after your shoot is completed. If there is garbage left behind, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee.
