  • How can I cancel my booking?

  • What is the minimum booking ?
    Our minimum booking time slot is 2 hours. Please note that the booking time includes your setup and clean up time. One of our members will review the studio to ensure that the room is left in its original state. Any additional time necessary for clean up is subject to extra fees.
  • Can I book one room only? Cyclorama or Lifestyle
    No, we only book the studio with access to both rooms. This gives you additional space for your materials but also ensure that you are the only client on-site during your booking.
  • Do you have a make up station?
    We have a professional makeup station with a highchair.
  • Is there a security deposit required to use the studio?
  • Do you have equipment for rent?
    Yes, we have continuous lights and grip gear. This equipment must not leave the studio and only be used inside the studio. Any broken or missing equipment that happens during the time of your booking will be your responsibility.
  • Can we send merchandise,props or furniture be delivered to the studio before the shoot day."
    Please discuss your needs with us before booking to ensure we can accommodate the delivery. We may apply a holding fee for storage and we cannot assume any responsibility for loss or damage of your items.
  • Do you have parking?
    We do not offer a reserved parking for your booking but there is street parking along Chabanel Street and on Avenue de L'esplanade. In addition, there are also free parking spaces on the adjacent streets. Archetype Studio Ins. is not responsible for any parking tickets incurred during your studio booking
  • Who cleans after the booking?
    Renters are responsible for returning the studio to it’s original state. All furniture and props need to be moved back to its original state by the renting party. Garbage brought into studio room must be cleaned and put into garbage bins inside the studio room after your shoot is completed. If there is garbage left behind, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee.
  • Can I book the studio to host a private event?

    Yes, we have a mobile changing room.
  • Do you have clothing racks?
    For sure, the studio includes 2 clothing racks for your use. Comes with hangers.
  • Do you have a kitchen?
  • Can I shoot video at your studio?
    Yes, you can shoot video at our studio. We have acoustic treatment but we don't guarantee it is soundproof or that any sound from the building can affect your audio. Let us know in advance if you are recording sound for us to coordinate with the building management.
  • Is there a freight elevator?
    There is a freight elevator in the building that you can access by the back of the building. The studio is on the 4th floor. Give us a call prior to your arrival if you’d like assistance.
  • Do you desinfect after every booking?
    Yes, we make sure to be covid friendly.
  • Can we shoot music videos?
    It depends on your concept. We need to have a full overview of the project and determine if we accept it. If none of the listed below apply to your project please contact us. No Water on the floor. No Smoke or fog machines allowed. No Smoking. No Loud Music. No Parties.
